Report a wrong toll

Corrections are checked against the operator's official publication before we change a figure. To help us verify quickly, include:

• The page address and the road or route concerned.
• The amount you paid, the vehicle class, and the date of travel.
• A photo of the receipt or a link to the operator's price page, if you have one.

What we cannot help with

We are not a toll operator. We cannot look up your account, refund a charge, register a tag, or cancel a fine. For those, contact the operator named on the road page; every road page links to its official source.

Partnerships and press

Data licensing, media enquiries, and partnership proposals go to the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line. We do not accept paid placement in data or guides.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Reports that change a published price are answered when the correction is live.
